• Is there really no card required for the trial?

  Correct — you can use TheraFlo for 14 days without entering any payment details. When the trial ends, you choose whether to subscribe. Nothing gets billed automatically.
• How long does setup take?

  Most therapists are up and running in under five minutes. The signup flow is four short steps: create your account, confirm your email, set up your practice basics, then pick which optional bundles you want switched on. You can change any of it later in Settings.
• Is TheraFlo GDPR-compliant? Where is my data stored?

  Yes. Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted in the EU (Ireland), transmitted over TLS, and protected by row-level access rules so only your account can read your client records. TheraFlo is registered with the UK ICO (ZC155176). Transactional email (e.g. password resets, booking confirmations) is sent via a UK-based provider.
• Can I cancel and take my data with me?

  Yes, any time, from Settings → Billing. Before you cancel you can export your clients, session notes, payments and CPD log as CSV files. There's no notice period and no exit fee.
• Do I have to be on a register like BACP or UKCP to use TheraFlo?

  No. TheraFlo is designed with UK register requirements in mind (supervision logging, CPD tracking, GDPR for special-category data), but you don't need to be on a specific register to sign up. If you are on one, there's a field on your profile to record it.
• How does billing work after the trial?

  £13.99 a month, single plan, everything included. You can switch between monthly and annual billing in Settings → Billing after you subscribe.
• Can I see my TheraFlo sessions in my Google, iCloud or Outlook calendar?

  Yes. You can mirror your TheraFlo calendar into Google, iCloud or Outlook so your whole day shows up in one place. The sync is one-way — TheraFlo stays the source of truth for client sessions, so changes you make in your external calendar don't flow back in.
• Can I share my account with a supervisor or colleague?

  TheraFlo accounts are designed for a single therapist — there's no shared-login feature. Therapy notes are special-category personal data under UK GDPR, and shared accounts make it impossible to know who saw or changed what. If you want to discuss specific work in supervision, you can export individual notes from a client record.
• What support do you get if you get stuck?

  Email hello@theraflo.co.uk — replies usually land within one working day. There's also a built-in help centre inside the app for the common questions and walk-throughs.
